Deliver exceptional guest service by ensuring seamless coordination between departments and leading a team of professionals.

The Duty Manager will be responsible for the smooth operation of the resort, engaging guests, and providing the highest level of service.

Achieve operational effectiveness by reviewing and implementing process improvements, while ensuring safety and security.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing guest services and front office operations
  • Leading a team of professionals to deliver exceptional guest service
  • Ensuring operational efficiency and effectiveness
  • Reviewing and implementing process improvements
  • Maintaining high standards of quality and service

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Extensive experience in guest services and front office operations
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and an obsession with exceptional guest service
  • A positive attitude with a strong work ethic and strong communication skills
  • Ability to effectively support, motivate, and lead a team
  • Experience working with Opera PMS is advantageous

This is a long-term, full-time role with the opportunity to enjoy free housing and living expenses. You will have access to fantastic facilities including a pool, tennis court, basketball court, fully equipped gym, café, and bar. Your own transport is essential to get to and from your accommodation and the resort.
