About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analytics Lead to join our team at Sonder. As a key member of our analytics team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of data-driven solutions to drive business growth and improve customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions
  • Lead the design and implementation of data analytics projects, including data warehousing, business intelligence, and data visualization
  • Develop and maintain complex data models, including data transformation, data quality, and data governance
  • Provide data insights and recommendations to stakeholders, including business leaders, product managers, and customer success teams
  • Coach and mentor junior analysts to develop their skills and expertise
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in our analytics capabilities
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in data analytics, including experience with data warehousing, business intelligence, and data visualization
  • Strong technical skills, including SQL, Python, R, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
  • Experience leading teams and mentoring junior analysts
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
