Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Export Documents Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the production of export container shipment documentation, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to internal and external stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with customers, packing houses, bulk handling companies, transport operators, shipping companies, banks, superintendents, and government departments to ensure seamless container/bulk shipping operations.
  • Prepare and manage shipping documents, including Letters of Credit, in accordance with international trade finance regulations.
  • Work closely with colleagues to coordinate container packing with packers, ensuring efficient and effective logistics management.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in warehouse operations, supply chain management, and international trade finance.
  • Familiarity with rail/rail logistics and grains/pulses industry preferred.
  • Tertiary qualifications in agriculture and/or business desirable but not essential.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and ability to work effectively within a team environment.
