Victoria Leadership Specialist

As a Local Leadership Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing advocacy plans and strategic partnerships to drive positive change in the community.
This role requires collaboration with various teams to achieve integrated objectives and develop policy submissions that meet nationwide standards.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Building relationships with key stakeholders to deliver effective advocacy and strategic partnerships
- Collaborating with fundraising teams and engaging with corporates to build networks and opportunities
- Engaging with the Advisory Board to ensure effective implementation of the organization's strategy and local initiatives
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field such as medicine or public health
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Leadership experience and ability to work effectively with others
- Experience working in public health, the clinical sector, or advocacy
