
Business Development Executive

We are seeking a professional Account Manager to join our team. This permanent full-time role offers hybrid flexibility, allowing you to work from home or in the office.
As an Account Manager, your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional sales experiences to commercial and government accounts, enhancing our market position, and achieving financial growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Meet personal and team targets by developing new business and increasing offerings in existing accounts
- Identify and maximize business opportunities for new and existing customers
- Manage tender processes and provide customers with tailored solutions that meet their needs
- Negotiate new contracts and manage existing ones with clients
- Develop and maintain close relationships with stakeholders to ensure quality customer service and long-term strategic partnerships
- Assess and evaluate risk, understanding the implications of new technologies
- Provide accurate three-month forecasts of gross profit, revenue, and expenses
- Manage debtors to achieve company targets and oversee the order process from entry to delivery
- Proven experience in dealing with customers at all organizational levels
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a successful IT sales environment, preferably with software licensing sales experience
- Relevant experience in developing and managing existing and new business within strategic accounts
- Individual quota management experience
- IT product knowledge, particularly our suppliers' products
- Experience in assessing and communicating the value of our solutions to clients
- Professionalism, urgency, and dedication to continuous improvement and customer service
- High-level relationship development skills with clients, suppliers, and industry leaders
- Effective oral and written communication skills for clear and accurate stakeholder interaction
- Persuasive communication skills to influence customers using a broad understanding of our solutions
- Effective negotiation and problem resolution skills to achieve win-win situations
