At the forefront of Melbourne's vibrant cultural scene, we're seeking a seasoned Food and Beverage Operations Specialist to spearhead our Container Bar and Al Fresco pop-up event.
Key Role Responsibilities- Oversee the strategic management of day-to-day operations at the Container Bar and Al Fresco venue
- Provide exceptional customer service, fostering memorable experiences for patrons
- Craft innovative beverages utilising bartending and barista skills
- Lead and mentor staff, ensuring seamless teamwork and efficient service delivery
- Manage cash transactions with precision and accountability
- Participate in venue setup and closure procedures
- Previous experience in events or front-of-house operations
- Proven track record of managing and supervising teams
- Proficiency in bartending and coffee-making
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
- Ability to handle cash responsibly and efficiently
- Strong organisational skills to manage event logistics effectively
- Excellent interpersonal skills, making you an effective team player
- Flexibility to work during the 7-week duration of the event
The ideal candidate will be highly organised, possess excellent communication skills, and demonstrate a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
