Senior Technical Consultant Role:

  • We are seeking a seasoned Senior Technical Consultant to join our team.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading technical discovery sessions with clients, designing and implementing secure solutions tailored to client environments, and providing expert-level guidance on architecture and integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead technical discovery sessions with clients to understand business goals and requirements
  • Design and implement secure, scalable, and high-performance solutions
  • Provide expert-level guidance on architecture and integrations
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams across product, engineering, and sales to deliver seamless project outcomes
  • Manage technical delivery across the project lifecycle — from planning and documentation to execution and client handover
  • Facilitate technical workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer initiatives with client teams
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive resolutions with a customer-first approach
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends to inform solution design and consulting practices

Requirements:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent industry experience
  • 10+ years' experience in technical consulting, systems implementation, or software development
  • Proven ability to lead client-facing technical engagements and translate business needs into effective solutions
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of implementing complex software solutions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders
