- Lead strategic sessions with key stakeholders.
- Develop and deliver professional presentations for internal and external audiences.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for client concerns.
- Identify opportunities within existing client portfolios.
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) across products and client segments.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of professional experience in Banking, Finance, or related sectors.
- A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
- Naturally curious and solutions-oriented, with the confidence to ask thoughtful questions.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills.
- Ability to adapt to evolving client needs and business priorities.
