  • Full working rights in Australia.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar management accounting or financial control role, preferably within the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and financial reporting standards.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in using Xero accounting software, with strong / advanced skills in Excel and other Microsoft products.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work to strict deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
