Lead Dispute Resolution Specialist

The Dispute Resolution Lead plays a crucial role in ensuring high-quality dispute resolution processes that maximise member experience. Key responsibilities include:
- Evaluating third-party frameworks against legislative and regulatory obligations.
- Identifying gaps and trends through data analysis, developing recommendations for improvement.
- Analysing complaints to identify systemic issues and contributing to education and training.
- Collaborating with external parties to monitor complaints management and reporting.
- Maintaining strong relationships with internal staff and external providers, including virtual site visits.
**Requirements:**
- 3+ years of experience in superannuation with regulation and legislation knowledge.
- RG146 compliance or willingness to obtain accreditation.
- Experience in dispute resolution and complex complaint management.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Knowledge of risk and compliance frameworks, with excellent organisational and planning skills.
