Clinical Solutions Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as an Orthopaedic Specialist. In this role, you will provide and support minimally invasive surgical solutions to surgeons, patients and hospitals.

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a self-driven individual with proven orthopaedic experience who is comfortable working in a theatre environment. The ideal candidate will be able to deliver clinical solutions and demonstrate value-driven outcomes for all stakeholders.

The successful candidate will have relevant experience in Orthopaedic procedures (joint, hip, shoulder) and possess existing knowledge base of anatomy and physiology focused on the musculoskeletal system.

• Strategic Selling: Apply strategic selling skills and clinical knowledge when engaging with specialists and other key stakeholders within the hospital setting.
• Rapport Building: Establish rapport, credibility and long-term professional relationships that benefit customers, align with company values and mission.
• Portfolio Management: Support and grow the Applied Medical Alexis Orthopaedic product portfolio which provides clinical solutions and patient outcomes in both public and private operating theatres.

1. Maintain current knowledge of the ANZ healthcare landscape, surgery, and surgical device trends in both the public and private hospital system.
2. Manage the existing Applied Medical Alexis Orthopaedic portfolio.
3. Establish and maintain strong relationships with KOL's and hospital personnel within the assigned state.
4. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
5. Create effective strategic sales plans with sound implementation tactics.
6. Implement and support educational programs.
7. Exceed customers' expectations while growing your business.
8. Uphold and enhance company culture and brand.
