Clinical Applications Specialist Role Overview

Job Description

This is a key role in our organization where you will be responsible for providing product expertise through demonstrations, implementation and ongoing support. You will also develop, coordinate and deliver product training to customers building solid customer relationships.

You will produce well-written post-training reports and provide regular feedback on customer satisfaction and needs. Additionally, you will assist sales teams in developing sales, marketing and customer service strategies using market and product knowledge.

Your goal will be to improve customer satisfaction and install base retention by continuing education on optimization of equipment utilization by customers. You will also support trade shows and professional conferences with educational training.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Applied Science in Nuclear Medicine
  • EPA licenses S14, IA 27, IA16 or IA16D or equivalent
  • Current AHPRA registration
  • Demonstrated skills in clinical PET/Hybrid CT scanning on current products/platforms
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for building effective relationships with stakeholders and collaborating on the bigger picture
