Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Support Specialist to join our team. In this dynamic role, you will utilize your clinical expertise to provide exceptional support to customers across QLD.

Your primary responsibility will be to collaborate with Account Managers to deliver pre-sale presentations and demonstrations, oversee installation, and provide post-sale training, applications, and support.

As a Clinical Support Specialist, you will work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including Sales and Product Management teams, to ensure seamless customer relationships.

The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive clinical experience in General X-Ray and Mobile Surgery, with fluoroscopy experience being advantageous.

Strong customer-centric skills, excellent relationship-building and communication skills, and high motivation, energy, and results-driven attitude are essential for success in this role.

You will also have the opportunity to develop your commercially focused skills and partner with the business to drive growth and innovation.
