Facility Operations Assistant

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Facility Operations Assistant.

This is an entry-level role that requires no previous experience or qualifications, as we provide full training. As a Facility Operations Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining our facilities to the highest standards by preparing clean boxes, bedding, and consumables, distributing equipment and materials around the facility, cleaning and ensuring hygiene in staff rooms, administration rooms, staff change rooms, and access corridors.

You will also be responsible for operating specialised washing and decontamination equipment (training will be provided).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare Clean Supplies: Prepare clean boxes, bedding, and consumables to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Distribute Equipment and Materials: Distribute equipment and materials around the facility in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain Hygiene Standards: Clean and ensure hygiene in staff rooms, administration rooms, staff change rooms, and access corridors.
  • Operate Specialised Equipment: Operate specialised washing and decontamination equipment (training provided) to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate attention to detail, teamwork skills, physical fitness, commitment to animal welfare, reliability, and punctuality.

In addition, you will be required to undergo a pre-employment medical assessment and have your own transportation.
