Front Office Coordinator

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for facilitating administration and serving as the primary point of contact for facilities operations.
- Manage office supplies, catering & weekly food orders
- Coordinate events and meetings
- Track and process invoices and mail/packages
This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone from the hospitality/customer service industry looking to transition into the corporate world.
A snapshot of the role:
- Perform office opening & closing procedures
- Answer & transfer calls during business hours
- Greet guests and maintain guest sign in system
- Proactively engage stakeholders to ensure client expectations are met
- Maintain the professional appearance of the work environment
- Document and advise manager of equipment maintenance needs
- Procurement: Handle common office supplies requisition
What we are looking for:
- Experience in a receptionist, facilities, hospitality or customer service based role
- Recent graduate wanting to enter the corporate world
