Front Office Coordinator

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for facilitating administration and serving as the primary point of contact for facilities operations.

  • Manage office supplies, catering & weekly food orders
  • Coordinate events and meetings
  • Track and process invoices and mail/packages

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone from the hospitality/customer service industry looking to transition into the corporate world.

A snapshot of the role:

  • Perform office opening & closing procedures
  • Answer & transfer calls during business hours
  • Greet guests and maintain guest sign in system
  • Proactively engage stakeholders to ensure client expectations are met
  • Maintain the professional appearance of the work environment
  • Document and advise manager of equipment maintenance needs
  • Procurement: Handle common office supplies requisition

What we are looking for:

  • Experience in a receptionist, facilities, hospitality or customer service based role
  • Recent graduate wanting to enter the corporate world
