As a dedicated professional, you will play a pivotal role in assisting individuals recover and return to work and life following injury or illness. This dynamic opportunity involves conducting a range of assessment and case management services across various customer portfolios.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and provide effective case management services to support clients in their recovery journey.
  • Utilize your clinical skills and knowledge to help individuals recover and return to their pre-injury or new employment.
  • Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with health professionals, specialists, employers, insurers, and other key stakeholders to drive positive outcomes for clients.

About You:

  • Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist, Rehabilitation Counsellor, or Psychologist (with relevant professional membership)
  • A passion for occupational rehabilitation and a desire to make a meaningful difference in people's lives
  • Current Police Clearance and Working with Children Check
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
  • Excellent time management, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
  • Honesty, integrity, a good team attitude, and a positive approach
  • Genuine commitment to continuous improvement and staying up-to-date with industry best practices
