As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in facilitating the return to work process for injured workers. This involves managing complex cases, conducting workplace visits and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure the best recovery outcomes for your clients.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and report writing skills, as well as a client-centered approach. A tertiary degree in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology or Physiotherapy is also essential.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about helping people navigate complex rehabilitation plans. You should be able to manage stakeholders effectively and communicate complex information clearly.

Main responsibilities include collaborating with treatment providers to ensure the best recovery outcomes for clients, providing clinical opinions and justification through report writing, and attending workplace visits to gain an understanding of the challenges injured workers may face.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will also be required to educate workplaces on how to manage and prevent workplace injuries, and collaborate with health professionals, specialists, employers, insurers and other key stakeholders to drive positive outcomes for clients.
