Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill an Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist role. The successful candidate will work with injured workers, employers, medical professionals, and allied health specialists to create effective injury prevention and workplace education programs.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, excellent time management abilities, and a passion for occupational rehabilitation. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing injury prevention and workplace education initiatives
- Completing assessments using clinical and discipline-specific skills, such as Functional Capacity Evaluations and Worksite Assessments
A current driver's license and access to a personal vehicle are required. Additionally, the successful candidate should have a qualification in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Osteopathy, or Physiotherapy and full professional registration with AHPRA or full professional accreditation with ESSA.
