Job Description

This full-time position is based at our Joondalup store and involves working 10 days and 76 hours over a fortnight, including every second weekend (Saturday and Sunday).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive incremental sales improvements across all sales channels, including retail, trade, and design
  • Provide expert customer service to both retail and trade customers
  • Promote and expand our Trade Loyalty Program and Trade accounts
  • Develop strong product knowledge to support customers in making informed purchasing decisions
  • Achieve and exceed personal sales targets
  • Maintain the overall presentation of the store through effective merchandising and general housekeeping
  • Induct new team members and provide guidance where necessary
  • Assist with administrative tasks when required
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • 2+ years' experience in a retail or service environment
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop your team
  • An energetic and enthusiastic approach to work, with a willingness to learn and adapt
  • A high level of attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • A current driver's license
