Job Overview

As a senior retail team leader, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our stores.

  • Assist the store manager with daily operations, including leading the team, visual merchandising, managing deliveries and stock.
  • Cultivate exceptional customer experiences throughout the store.
  • Support the store manager to achieve sales targets and manage controllable costs for the store.
  • Lead the store and team in the absence of a store manager on duty.
  • Develop and train the team in customer service, product knowledge, and operational responsibilities.
  • Foster growth and development within the team by providing timely feedback.
About You
  • You are passionate, motivated, and results-driven, with strong communication skills, time management, and organisational abilities.
  • Prior experience as a team leader, key holder, or manager is advantageous.
