Key Responsibilities

As a leader in the retail sector, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining a high-performance sales environment that consistently meets or exceeds commercial targets. This involves developing a store culture filled with passion for our brand, where team members shine as extraordinary ambassadors.

You will be expected to establish a strong leadership presence, coaching and managing a team of Assistant Store Managers and Retail Assistants to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer experiences. This role requires strategic thinking, analytical skills, and the ability to implement visual merchandising directives efficiently.

Additionally, you will be responsible for talent growth and development, identifying and resolving performance issues, and implementing succession planning and internal mobility strategies.

Furthermore, you will be expected to utilize your business acumen and analytical thinking to drive positive results, leveraging Microsoft Office 365 Suite, POS systems, and applicant tracking systems to optimize performance.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 3-5 years' experience as a Store Manager in a high-performance selling environment.
  • Results-oriented leadership style with a proven track record of driving sales and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to charm and captivate audiences at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical thinking, with the ability to drive positive results and implement change effectively.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Suite, POS systems, and applicant tracking systems.
