Skill Enhancement Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and qualified individual to fill the position of Skill Enhancement Specialist. This role is crucial in driving our organization's goal of providing exceptional learning experiences for all employees.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Administration (50%): Update training calendars, track registration spreadsheets, coordinate training sessions, ensure necessary resources are allocated in advance.
  • Luxury Program Development (10%): Design and deliver high-end training programs, familiarize yourself with La Maison protocols, and implement training according to Accor Learning Timelines.
  • Community Engagement (5%): Collaborate with the learning community, update senior management on learning developments, and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Quality Assurance (20%): Identify trainers, establish a train-the-trainer program, review service standards, and monitor progress.
  • Systems Management and Reporting (10%): Work with Head Office to roll out the Learning Management System, provide monthly reports, and maintain up-to-date learning trackers.

  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment qualification.
