Property Rental Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Leasing Consultant to support our Property Management operations.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Routine inspections and ingoing inspections are a critical component of this role, ensuring seamless leasing experiences for both landlords and tenants.
About the Role- Record and update details of prospective and existing rental providers and renters.
- Conduct thorough property examinations to identify any potential issues.
- Market available properties through effective advertising strategies and conduct leasing inspections.
- Evaluate prospective renters to ensure they meet eligibility requirements.
- Complete leasing applications and verify application information accurately.
- Maintain and store documentation efficiently.
- A Certificate of Registration and/or relevant licence.
- A valid driver's licence and reliable transportation.
- At least 1 year of leasing experience in a similar capacity.
- Proficiency in Property Tree, Inspection Manager, Agent Box, RP data.
- Excellent time-management skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
