Leasing Property Professional

We are looking for a dedicated leasing consultant to manage our rental properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Record and update details of prospective and existing tenants and property owners.
  • Inspect properties and inform management of any issues that arise.
  • Market available rentals and conduct leasing inspections.
  • Screen prospective tenants to ensure they meet the necessary requirements.
  • Process leasing applications and assist with verifying application information.
  • Organize and maintain documentation effectively.
  • Conduct routine inspections and ingoing inspections.
Requirements:
  • Registration certificate and/or license.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
  • A minimum of one year of leasing experience is essential.
  • Proficiency in property management software, inspection tools, and data management systems.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
