Senior Property Rental Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to work as a Senior Leasing Manager. The position involves overseeing junior leasing consultants and providing guidance and support as needed.
Key Responsibilities- Handle rental inquiries via email and phone, responding promptly and professionally to all clients
- Conduct open homes and inspections, ensuring that properties are presented in their best light
- Perform routine inspections of properties to ensure they meet our high standards
- Prepare lease sign-ups and lease packs, accurately documenting all necessary information
- Reference check and review application forms, verifying the accuracy of client information
- Perform ad hoc administration duties as required by the business
- Previous leasing experience in Real Estate, preferably in a senior role
- A current Certificate of Registration and valid driver's license
- Proficient knowledge of Real Estate programs and software
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- A high level of organization and strong work ethic
