Rental Property Specialist

About the Position:

This is a unique opportunity to become an integral part of our property management team, where you will be responsible for managing all aspects of leasing.

The ideal candidate we are looking for is a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills who can provide exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Record and update details of prospective and existing rental providers and renters in a timely manner.
  • Conduct thorough property inspections and report any issues that may arise.
  • Market available properties through various channels and conduct leasing inspections to ensure properties are presented in their best condition.
  • Screen prospective renters to ensure they meet eligibility requirements.
  • Prepare and finalize leasing applications and verify application information.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and records.
  • Perform routine inspections and ingoing inspections to ensure properties are maintained to a high standard.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1 year experience in leasing or property management is essential.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in Property Tree, Inspection Manager, Agent Box, RP data and other relevant software.
  • Certificate of Registration and/or licence, valid driver's licence, and reliable vehicle.
