
Healthcare Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Clinic Manager to lead our team. As the clinic manager, your key responsibilities include supervising daily activities, ensuring high-quality service, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop a team of healthcare professionals
- Implement marketing promotions and campaigns to increase client base
- Meet financial targets related to sales, conversion, product attachment, and labor productivity by analyzing data and making informed decisions
- Plan and oversee staffing needs to ensure optimal clinic operations
- Supervise and guide team members to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Continuously evaluate performance and develop action plans to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Mentor and lead team members to achieve their full potential
- Manage stock control and supplier orders to maintain high-quality products and services
- Develop and implement staff rostering systems to ensure adequate staffing levels
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong communication and leadership skills to motivate and inspire team members
- Previous management experience is preferred but not essential
- Registered nurse license with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Laser hair removal experience is desirable but not essential
- Good knowledge of the skin and professional treatments to provide expert advice to clients
- Proven capability to motivate staff to achieve KPI targets and improve overall clinic performance
