Leading a global team of professionals, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of healthcare diagnostics.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned leader to drive strategic growth and excellence in software services and support teams. As Regional Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet the needs of our customers.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's or equivalent degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Medical or Hospital Informatics, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred. They should also have 2-3 years of experience in leading and managing software services and support teams for healthcare/diagnostic laboratory systems.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing project work plans with a focus on timely completion and risk mitigation
  • Leading the efficient cost management of your direct team in partnership with local controllers
  • Participating in team and customer meetings effectively
  • Ensuring team compliance with all procedures and systems of record

A strong understanding of diagnostic laboratory workflows and relevant software technologies is essential. Excellent leadership skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality are also required.
