Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly organised and communicative Office Administrator to act as the primary point of contact for our customers and support our operational team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating schedules, preparing documentation, and monitoring project timelines. They will also maintain records, process data entry and invoices, and ensure digital filing systems are well-organised.

A strong command of spoken and written English is essential to facilitate clear communication with clients and team members.

A professional and friendly attitude, along with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a small team, is vital.
