Job Title:

Food and Beverage Coordinator Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a barista, including effective communication, coordination, and support.

  • Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages to internal and external clients in a professional manner.
  • Liaise with the barista, reception, and office services to assist with meeting room requirements.
  • Coordinate catering requirements and setup for seminars, staff lunches, client events, and birthdays in a timely manner.
  • Deliver food and beverages at firm events as required.
  • Proactively plan and organize catering and setup for internal and external firm events, ensuring a seamless experience for all attendees.
  • Undertake regular stocktakes of beverages and purchase replacements as needed.
  • Clean kitchens, including monthly fridge and freezer cleans, to maintain a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness.

  • Able to work collaboratively in a small team and perform tasks independently.
  • Enthusiasm and initiative to take on new challenges and responsibilities.
  • Excellent customer service skills to ensure a positive experience for clients and colleagues.
  • High attention to detail to maintain accuracy and precision in all tasks.
  • Punctuality and flexibility to work hours necessary to meet the firm's needs, including evenings and weekends.
  • Able to work under pressure and juggle multiple priorities simultaneously.
