**Food and Beverage Service Manager - Jakarta**

We are seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Service Manager to join an exciting new food and beverage complex in Jakarta, set to open in the third quarter of 2025. This role offers a unique opportunity to be part of a dynamic team managing restaurants, bars, and event/function spaces in a vibrant, upscale setting.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Lead and motivate a local workforce to achieve service excellence across all outlets.

Oversee the daily operations of restaurants, bars, and event/function facilities.

Implement service standards and ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Collaborate with the culinary team to enhance menu offerings and beverage selections.

Manage budgets, control costs, and drive revenue growth.

Plan and execute events, ensuring seamless operations from start to finish.

Develop and train staff to build a cohesive and high-performing team.
