As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our food and beverage outlets. The successful candidate will have exceptional customer service skills and experience in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Restaurant Manager with daily operations, maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times
  • Provide exceptional guest experiences, consistently exceeding expectations
  • Lead, mentor, and train the food and beverage team to create a positive and productive working environment
  • Recruit, on-board, and brief new team members on menu items and procedures
  • Ensure cleaning and maintenance of outlets, work areas, tableware, utensils, and equipment
  • Effectively handle escalated guest complaints, providing timely resolutions

Qualifications:

  • Have an absolute commitment to delivering excellent service
  • Prior experience in a similar role or as a Team Leader, ready for their next challenge
  • Good knowledge of food and beverage service and products
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol certification (mandatory)
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
