Leasing Business Growth Specialist

This role plays a pivotal part in expanding our rental portfolio by attracting new clients and efficiently onboarding them into the business.

The key objective is to develop and implement strategies that align with company targets, identify and secure new business opportunities, and generate leads for property management services through various channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies to expand the rent roll in line with company objectives.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities to enhance the rental portfolio.
  • Generate and follow up on leads for property management services via multiple channels.
  • Monitor market trends to assess market rental values and provide recommendations to clients.
  • Maintain and nurture strong relationships with landlords, referral partners, and developers.
  • Conduct professional rental appraisals and prepare management agreements.
  • Ensure seamless handover and onboarding process of new properties to the property management team.
About You:
  • Proficient in English; proficiency in Mandarin highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of Melbourne's rental market, particularly around Melbourne CBD area.
  • Prior experience in business development within the Real Estate industry.
  • Proven success in a Leasing Business Development role.
  • A positive, outgoing, and professional attitude.
  • Excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of current legislation and compliance requirements.
  • Hold a valid Agent's Representative Certificate.
  • Hold a valid driver's license and have access to a reliable vehicle.
