Leasing Business Opportunity

This role is designed for ambitious individuals who are keen to grow a rental portfolio by attracting new clients and managing their onboarding process.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase the rent roll in line with company objectives.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities to expand the rental portfolio.
  • Generate and follow up on leads for new property management business through various channels.
  • Monitor market trends to assess market rental values and provide recommendations to clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, referral partners, and developers.
  • Conduct professional rental appraisals and prepare management agreements.
  • Maintain and grow the agency database of potential clients and key contacts.
About You:
  • You should be fluent in English, with Mandarin proficiency being highly desirable.
  • You should have a strong knowledge of Melbourne's rental market, particularly around the Melbourne CBD area.
  • You should have prior experience in business development within the Real Estate industry.
  • You should have proven success in a Leasing Business Development role.
  • You should have a positive, outgoing, and professional attitude.
  • You should be a confident communicator with excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
  • You should have knowledge of current legislation and compliance requirements.
  • You should hold a current Agent's Representative Certificate.
  • You should have a driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
