Community Engagement Specialist

The Community Engagement Specialist will play a pivotal role in crafting and executing community-driven initiatives that foster connections between teams, customers, and meaningful causes. About The Role

We are seeking a passionate and proactive individual who excels at building relationships and driving community engagement. As a Community Engagement Specialist, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and external partners, to bring initiatives to life.
  • Establish strong relationships with reputable organizations and local community groups, driving positive change and growth.

  • Analyze community activity across the network to identify opportunities and share valuable insights.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualifications in PR, Communications, Marketing, or Business.
  • Experience in corporate communications, marketing, or not-for-profit sectors would be highly beneficial.
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills across various channels.
  • Experience managing projects from concept to delivery.
  • Confidence working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
