About the Role:
You will be part of a dynamic team responsible for driving internal transformational change and communication across various business units. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Change Management: Developing and executing comprehensive change management strategies to support commercial business initiatives.
- Communication Planning: Designing and implementing tailored communication plans that engage stakeholders and convey critical information effectively.
- Risk and Issue Management: Identifying, escalating, and managing risks and issues that may impact the delivery of change activities.
- Reporting and Analytics: Preparing regular reports to track progress against critical pathways and provide insights for improvement.
About You:
To succeed in this role, you will possess:
- Proven Stakeholder Management Skills: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Project Delivery Expertise: Previous experience in delivering projects from start to finish, with a focus on meeting deadlines and managing priorities.
- Exceptional Communication Skills: Ability to articulate complex information to diverse audiences, both written and verbally.
- Autonomy and Adaptability: Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to changing circumstances.
