Operations Management Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee the day-to-day site operations across a mix of new build projects and refurbishment works.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Site Supervisor on projects with similar complexities, and possess strong knowledge of construction methods, safety systems, and compliance.
Your Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and supervise site activities, subcontractors, and trades.
- Monitor project timelines, schedules, and daily site progress.
- Maintain a safe, compliant, and productive work environment.
- Conduct toolbox talks, site inductions, and safety inspections.
- Liaise with Project Managers, clients, and consultants to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Ensure quality control and compliance with plans, specifications, and standards.
About You:
- Previous experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role on new build and refurbishment projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety systems, and compliance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with subcontractors and project stakeholders.
