About the Role

As the Investment Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the operational aspects of the firm's investment activities. You will play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely trade processing, effective portfolio administration, and robust operational controls. Reporting to senior leadership, this role offers the opportunity to shape operational processes and partner closely with internal teams, custodians, and service providers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee Middle and Back Office functions, ensuring smooth and accurate execution of operational workflows
  • Manage trade settlement processes, portfolio reconciliations, and cash flow monitoring in collaboration with custodians and administrators
  • Maintain oversight of outsourced service providers, ensuring service delivery meets contractual and performance expectations
  • Produce and review performance, compliance, and client reporting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Drive process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce operational risk
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory, governance, and risk management requirements
  • Support the implementation of responsible investment practices, including ESG data and reporting requirements
  • Act as a key point of contact for investment teams, external partners, and internal stakeholders on operational matters
About You
  • Proven experience in an investment operations role within funds management, asset management, or a related financial services environment
  • Strong understanding of trade life cycle, portfolio administration, and operational controls
  • Experience managing relationships with custodians, administrators, and other service providers
  • Solid grasp of compliance and regulatory frameworks relevant to investment operations
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Ability to lead, mentor, and inspire a team
