About This Role
As an Enrolled Nurse, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of our residents. We are not currently seeking candidates but encourage you to express your interest so that we can contact you when a suitable vacancy arises.
We provide part-time, permanent opportunities for our Enrolled Nurses to work in Adelaide with 4-10 shifts per fortnight (mostly AM shifts available).
About The PositionOur Enrolled Nurses play a vital role in assessing, planning and implementing care for residents according to nursing practices and standards. You will work in a team environment, ensuring the care needs of our residents enhance and promote their quality of life.
This rewarding role requires a friendly nature, enabling you to act as an advocate for residents and build effective relationships with them, their families and your team.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality clinical care to residents at all times.
- Mentor and guide care staff to provide excellent service to customers.
- Assist with daily living activities to achieve independence among residents.
- Ensure care needs enhance and promote residents' quality of life.
- Monitor care provided and maintain communication with staff regarding health status.
- Diploma of Nursing and current registration with AHPRA.
- At least 6 months' working experience as an Enrolled Nurse.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and proficiency in clinical documentation.
- Evidence of current flu vaccination and three doses of a TGA approved COVID-19 vaccine.
