The Opportunity

A passionate individual is sought to join our team as a Cleaning Supervisor on a full-time basis. Working within a supportive and dynamic team, you will be provided with a challenging and diverse work environment, as well as an opportunity to contribute and make a real impact in the residential aged care community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure all resources required for a clean, tidy, and presentable environment are effectively managed.
  • Lead a team of cleaners and ensure they meet high standards of cleaning and hygiene.
  • Interact with residents in a friendly, helpful, and positive manner.
  • Follow safe work practices and use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
What We're Looking For
  • Knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment used in maintaining a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Previous experience of working in aged care is highly desirable.
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow cleaning protocols and schedules.
  • Experience in a supervisory role, training is desirable.
