Senior Residential Care Manager

We seek skilled professionals to fill the role of Senior Residential Care Manager.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and manage the operational and clinical performance of residential care facilities according to organisational policies and government regulations.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams in delivering high-quality, person-centred care services.
- Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards, accreditation requirements, and continuous improvement frameworks.
- Develop and maintain accurate records, reports, and clinical documentation in accordance with current legislation and internal procedures.
- Support and mentor staff in promoting a culture of safety, collaboration, and excellence in care delivery.
- Effectively manage facility budgets, resources, and occupancy levels.
- Engage with residents, families, staff, and the wider community with compassion and professionalism.
- A minimum of two years' experience in aged care management, including recent experience as a Facility Manager in a Residential Aged Care Facility (RACF).
- Demonstrated knowledge of ACFI, aged care funding models, Quality Standards, and accreditation processes.
- Current Police Check and Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) registration, or willingness to obtain prior to placement.
- Registration as a Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration is highly desirable but not essential.
