About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Disability Support Worker to join our team. As a valued member, you will work closely with our clients, providing personalized support and assistance in their homes and within the community. Your role will involve:
  • Assisting with personal care, including showering, dressing, bowel care, and toileting
  • Providing physical therapy and hydro support as needed
  • Helping with domestic services and meal assistance
  • Accompanying clients on community outings
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and a passion for delivering high-quality care. You will be required to have:
  • A current National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Worker Screening Check
  • A valid First Aid certificate and CPR certification
  • A current Working with Children's Check (Employer)
  • Related qualifications in disability, aged care, or home and community care
  • A current Australian driver's license and reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance
  • Sound written and verbal communication skills
