Clinical Services Director

This position offers a unique chance to make a positive impact in the lives of individuals by providing exceptional care and support as a Clinical Care Manager.
The role will be based on a patient-centred philosophy, ensuring that services meet the individual needs of residents.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide expert guidance to managers, SDAs/RNs, and care staff on clinical care delivery aligned with established care models.
- Develop and deliver educational programs in clinical areas and processes, facilitating effective care delivery by carers.
- Support and investigate clinical/resident incidents as required, demonstrating empathy and compassion.
- Current RN registration from AHPRA.
- Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with other staff.
- Ability to motivate, manage, and develop a team.
- Experience managing a skilled professional team.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, enabling them to build strong relationships with staff, residents, and their families.
