Job Title: Operations Manager Surgery And Endoscopy

We are seeking an exceptional leader to provide strategic direction and operational expertise to our Surgical and Endoscopy services. As the Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care, while maintaining safe and efficient operational management.

Main Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Direction: Provide clinical, operational, and professional leadership to the Surgical and Endoscopy services.
  • Collaboration and Partnership: Work in partnership with the Co-Director Surgery to deliver high-quality patient care, drive service excellence, and foster a culture of collaboration.
  • Operational Management: Ensure safe and efficient operational management of the services, aligning with organizational objectives and priorities.

The ideal candidate will possess a tertiary qualification in Health Management or equivalent, as well as substantial recent experience at a senior management level. A current NSW Drivers Licence and applicable vaccination requirements are also essential.
