Automotive Warehouse Specialist

This role involves working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, managing stock and inventory, and providing exceptional customer service to internal customers. As an Automotive Warehouse Specialist, you will be responsible for receiving and processing incoming deliveries, picking and packing orders, and allocating stock to shelves using manual handling or a forklift.

You will also be required to assess write-off and warranty parts, coordinate the dispatch of goods, and manage stock control and consumption. Additionally, you will need to source specialized and specific parts and accessories from manufacturers and suppliers, and perform quality control assessments on parts and consumables.

In this role, you will work closely with trade staff to assist with parts and goods from the stores, and provide excellent customer service to meet their needs. You will also be responsible for repairing and refurbishing vehicle accessories such as light bars and antennas using hand tools.

To succeed in this role, you will require previous warehouse experience preferably in the Automotive Industry, face-to-face customer service skills, and intermediate computer skills including data entry and knowledge of Inventory software. A current forklift license and experience are preferred, as well as flexible and adaptable attitude to work, good communication skills, and ability to work well within a team as well as independently.

This role requires NSW Police Security clearance provided by the employer.
