Warehouse Operations Specialist Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service for all customers in store and in the warehouse
  • Ensure accurate stock movements and maintenance of stock
  • Serve customers in the warehouse part of the store, loading vehicles with a forklift or manually as required
  • Verify documentation, labelling and presentation of product is adhered to
  • Facilitate warehouse operations including picking orders, inventory counts and general housekeeping
Requirements:
  • Possess a strong work ethic
  • Ability to approach, connect and confidently interact with customers
  • Eagerness to learn about products and services
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Confidence and well-presented when dealing with customers
  • Experience working in a fast paced and busy environment
