Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Service and Warranty Specialist to join our team as a key member of our After Sales and Service department.

This role involves handling a high volume of inbound customer calls, making outbound calls when required, and supporting customers in resolving product warranty issues in a timely and professional manner. The specialist will collaborate with our onsite Quality Assurance team for technical support and address customer complaints to improve customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in Customer Service, specifically in Warranty and After Sales. They should also have experience in a high-volume inbound call centre environment and be confident in conflict resolution and problem solving. A passion for customer service, strong technical aptitude, and computer skills (preferably with Microsoft) are also essential requirements.

Responsibilities

Requirements
