Collaborative Talent Specialist

Our organization seeks a skilled Collaborative Talent Specialist to facilitate strategic workforce planning and drive effective talent acquisition initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with key stakeholders to identify business needs, aligning them with company objectives
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor analysis to inform data-driven talent acquisition strategies
  • Coach and mentor team members, fostering professional growth and contributing to team success
  • Maintain relationships with internal and external partners, including agencies and industry bodies

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment within the white-collar sector
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and employment laws
  • Excellent communication skills, with a natural ability to build trust and rapport
  • Familiarity with National Employment Standards and experience with awards/agreements and different employment contractual arrangements
