We are seeking an experienced Compliance Specialist to lead our visa and compliance processes.
This role involves managing complex data, creating actionable insights, and delivering strategic reports using Excel and Power BI.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Solid understanding of the Australian visa system and work rights legislation.
- Proven experience in compliance checks and employee onboarding.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and delegate effectively.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI – you're confident with formulas, dashboards, and data storytelling.
