We're committed to delivering exceptional customer service and providing a seamless experience for our visa applicants. As part of this effort, we're growing our network of Visa Medical Assessment Centres in key locations across Australia.
Role Overview:- Our Receptionist team are the first point of contact for our customers in our Docklands Visa Medical Assessment Centres. They provide information and instructions to help guide our customers through the medical assessment process.
The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting an identity and security check, processing payments, confirming customer documentation, and explaining the steps throughout the visa medical examination process. They will also enter required data into customer management systems and databases.
This is a fixed-term, full-time opportunity until September 2026. We're seeking a super supportive and bubbly individual to join our team.
